Note: This service is for customers who are not my real estate clients. If you are a contracted listing client, you will receive this service complementary with my commission.
Tackling your home sale by yourself, or not quite ready to commit to an agent? I offer home staging services to sellers without the commitment! What does this look like? I help you edit and move your decor and furnishings in a way that will appeal to the most buyers in the market. Doing this in combination with hiring a great photographer* can help you get more showings and could help you get more money from your home sale.**
Unfortunately, I will not legally be able to provide you with pricing and other information that I give to my contracted real estate clients, but this service is extremely beneficial for you to market your home and set yourself up for success. If you find you need more assistance with your transaction and want to sign a listing agreement with me, I will refund you the cost of staging after your home closes.
This listing is for up to 4 hours of time. If your project takes longer to tackle, I charge $125 per additional hour for my one on one help. I do send helpful tips and to-dos to you prior to our meeting so that it can be most efficient for everyone.
