Buyers are increasingly deciding to purchase homes based on how they feel when entering a property versus specific attributes of the home. I provide my proprietary staging services, checklists, and guidelines for all of my occupied listing clients as part of my real estate package. As a former luxury home goods store owner, I have staging props that make your home stand out amongst the other listings.
Design
As an agent with a design background, I have the unique ability to help my buying clients better envision themselves in a space. Whether it is visualizing different colors and furniture, repurposing areas of the property, or full-on renovation projects, I am up for the challenge. Even after my clients are moved in and settled, I am still only a text message away for those needing some extra design assistance.
Build Your Dream Home
I have worked with some incredible home builders here in Kansas City. After assessing your needs and budget, I can recommend the perfect builder for you. As your representation during the build process, I am there every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly and up to your standards. I conduct regular check-ins with the builder and attend meetings with you and/or on your behalf. Even if your builder has their own designer, I am happy to sit in with you on design meetings to help you select the perfect finishes.
